EN TSUNAMI AF SCP-IMPLEMENTERINGER ER PÅ VEJ
Der sker en mindre revolution for tiden på SCP-området (Supply Chain Planning) pga. den digitale omstilling og tekniske muligheder, som bliver billigere og nemmere at indføre.
SAP, Oracle og de store leverandører af SCP-systemer investerer voldsomt i at forbedre og udbygge deres løsninger, bl.a. med udgangspunkt i nye digitale muligheder så som cloud, smart database-teknologi og in-memory-kalkulationer. Samtidig er der mere end nogensinde før fokus på S&OP processen og skabe dynamik i kapacitetsstrukturen. Det betyder, at en stor del af de danske virksomheder har fokus på teknologier til bedre at understøtte planlægningsområdet.
I artiklen vil du kunne læse om tendenser indenfor samt udfordringer ved SCP-planlægningsværktøjerne. Heraf diskuteres eksploderende datamængders indvirkning på virksomheders systemer, og hvordan man vælger sit næste SCP-værktøj.

Enhver SCM-leder i multinationale virksomheder ved, at skat i form af moms, afgifter, told m.m. i stigende grad er med til at definere en optimal forsyningskæde, når virksomhedens omkostninger skal minimeres. Forretningsmodeller med forsyningskæden som omdrejningspunkt har tidligere kunne bidrage til at optimere virksomhedens samlede indtjeningsskat. Disse muligheder er for nyligt blevet voldsomt ændret.

Integreret forretningsplanlægning – hvorfor spiller dine ledere ikke på samme hold?
Ineffektivitet i ledelsesteams i form af uklar governance, silotænkning og manglende vilje til at prioritere og træffe fælles beslutninger danner ofte et glasloft i modningen af S&OP-processen.
